19th Century Gold and Painted Enamel Bracelet Fitted with Watch

Made circa 1850 in Switzerland, a gold and enamel bracelet fitted with a removable miniature watch, the width of the bangle is 49.5 mm, and the watch diameter is 24 mm.
A pocket watch fitted with a gold and polychrome enamel bangle-form bracelet. The hinged cover is decorated with polychrome enamel painted scene of a gentleman and lady within a landscape setting, and translucent pink guilloche enamel to depict the sky, surrounded by an asymmetric border and enamel scrolls, the cover opening to reveal recess for the removable miniature watch surrounded by finely chased and engraved scrollwork. The pocket watch was secured by a bezel, the bangle was jointly decorated by translucent blue and opaque white enamel scrolls heightened by seed pearls, and recessed sliding clasp closure.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, blued-steel Breguet hands. The back decorated with polychrome enamel depicts a scene of two ladies on a terrace within scroll-form borders, gold cuvette with apertures for winding and hand-setting, engraved with 'Novedades de Paris, Casa de Sanchez' and numbers.
Lépine V gilt movement, cylinder escapement, plain flat three-arm balance.
